Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your concerns, your goals, and what you’d like to achieve from therapy. It’s a safe, supportive space with no pressure just a chance to begin your journey.
Sessions typically last between 50–60 minutes. Most clients attend once a week in the beginning, but frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and progress.

We use evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic methods depending on your goals.
